Phi Restaurant is a fictional identity used solely for demonstration purposes. This website does not represent a restaurant open to the public, does not accept bookings, orders or payments, and does not guarantee the real availability of any dishes, prices, opening hours, addresses, telephone numbers, reviews or other displayed content.
3. Terms of use
Accessing and browsing this website means that you accept this Legal Notice. You agree to use the website lawfully, diligently and respectfully, and not to carry out any activity that may damage, disable or overload it or adversely affect third parties.
PhiStudio may modify, update, suspend or remove all or part of the demo content whenever necessary, without being required to keep any particular version permanently available.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
Unless otherwise stated, the architecture, design, text, demonstration identity, graphic elements and proprietary components of this website belong to PhiStudio or are used under sufficient authorisation or licence.

- Controller: José Virdis
- Trading name: PhiStudio
- Tax ID: Y3074402Y
- Address: Camin Sabarta, 25538 Gausac (Vielha), Lleida, Spain
- Email: info@phistudio.es

2. Scope of this policy
This policy explains the processing of personal data related to browsing the Phi‑Restaurant demo and to communications that a user chooses to initiate through the available email or telephone links.
The demo displays interactive reservation and celebration forms solely as a simulation. Anything entered in them is not sent to the server, is not stored by the site and does not create a real request. Please do not enter real personal information. The demo has no user accounts, newsletters, orders, payments, booking engine, analytics or advertising tools.
3. Data that may be processed
Technical browsing data
Hosting and security systems may log technical data needed to serve and protect the website, such as IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, browser, device, diagnostic information and security events.
Data voluntarily provided
If you contact PhiStudio by email or telephone, we may process your identification and contact details and any information that you voluntarily include in your communication.
Clicking an email or telephone link does not itself submit data through a form on this website. The communication takes place through the application and provider chosen by the user.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Data may be processed to:
- display, maintain and technically protect the website, prevent misuse and resolve incidents, based on PhiStudio’s legitimate interest in ensuring the security and operation of its digital asset;
- respond to communications initiated by the user and, where appropriate, take pre-contractual steps requested by them;
- comply with legal obligations and address potential liabilities.
No profiling, automated decision-making, behavioural advertising or commercial browsing analysis is carried out.
5. Retention
Technical logs will be retained only for as long as necessary to maintain security, diagnose incidents and address liabilities, in accordance with the settings and periods applicable to the hosting service.
Data received through a communication will be retained while the request is handled and afterwards for the periods needed to comply with legal obligations or defend potential claims. It will be deleted or restricted when no longer required.
6. Recipients and service providers
PhiStudio does not sell or rent personal data. Data may be processed by service providers required to operate the website and communications, particularly the web-hosting provider and, when a user makes contact, the relevant email or telecommunications providers.
Data may also be disclosed to public bodies, authorities or courts where required by law. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by applicable law will be used.
7. External links and services
Links to maps, social networks and other external services do not embed those services within the demo. Any processing that occurs after following such a link is controlled by the third party and governed by its own privacy policy.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, by writing to info@phistudio.es and stating the right you wish to exercise.
If you believe that the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
9. Security
PhiStudio applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data and uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. No Internet-connected system can be considered completely invulnerable.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect technical, legal or functional changes. The current version will be the one published on this page together with its update date.
Cookie policy
Last updated: 27 September 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies are small files or identifiers that a website may store or read on a user’s device to enable certain functions, remember preferences or obtain technical information about browsing.
2. Technologies used by this demo
Phi‑Restaurant operates as a static website, without analytics, advertising, commercial profiles or cross-site tracking.
The demo saves the selected appearance in the browser’s local storage (localStorage), under the key phi-restaurant-demo-theme. This value remains on the device until it is deleted through the browser; it is not sent to the server and does not personally identify the visitor. It preserves the appearance when changing pages or returning to the demo.
The language is determined by the page address. This version does not use WordPress cookies or administrative sessions. The appearance selector still works if the browser blocks storage, although the preference may not be retained.
3. Third-party cookies
The demo does not actively embed Google Analytics, advertising platforms, booking engines, videos, maps or social feeds that place non-essential cookies when the page loads.
The website may contain external links. If you voluntarily open a map, social network or other service, that third party may use its own cookies under its own terms and outside PhiStudio’s control.
4. Consent
This version does not include analytics or advertising tools and does not display a consent panel.
Adding analytics, advertising or any other non-essential technology in the future will require reviewing this policy and requesting valid consent before installation whenever required.
5. Browser controls
You can view, block or delete cookies and website data through your browser settings. Deleting local storage removes the saved appearance; the demo continues to work with its default appearance.
6. Changes and contact
This policy may be amended when the technical configuration or applicable law changes. For questions, please write to info@phistudio.es.
